Finding the right Aerobics music isn't that hard. It depends on your choice.

1. Knowing the tempo. Having the right tempo is fairly important, if you're just a beginner keep it slow but, if you've done this for a long time now get FAST as in FAST.
2. Have consistency. You can't just do aerobics when you want! Have you're own schedule so you can balance it.
3. Know your body. Everyone's body is different, that's why you should know where the areas that you should focus when doing this exercise. Having the balance diet is also a great help tp improve your workout.
